Given an initial mole fraction of 0.5 electron and 0.5 O2+ in the reactor simulation, the final electron mole fraction becomes one even without a reaction that can increase the fraction of electron.

Steps to reproduce

  1. Download the python script and the input yaml file.
  2. Run python plasma.py
  3. See the plot. Electron mole fraction becomes one and O2+ fraction becomes 0.
