Microsoft Exchange Logs and Events Data connector DCR option is grayed out

Describe the bug
After clicking on Microsoft Exchange Logs and Events data connector for exchange on-prem, the [Option 2] to collect Security logs of Exchange Servers using 'Create Data collection rule' option is grayed out.
We've already onboarded Azure arc and ama agent but are not able to create the associated DCR.
