When we have a domain, config updates to be made are documented at https://infrastructure.2i2c.org/sre-guide/support/community-domains/#preparing-the-configuration-change.

The URL will be highmem.datatools.utoronto.ca. Entry not yet official, but this is enough for us to enact once that's live.
